Shipping Information

Orders take 2 -5 business days to be processed, prior to shipping. If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact our Wine Club / Shipping department to make arrangements 866-925-7994.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine, and wine shipments must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older. For these reasons, we suggest shipping to a business address as returned shipments will incur return and reshipment fees.

Shipping Schedule

We ship wine on non-holiday Mondays and Tuesdays, and do not deliver on weekends. To maintain the integrity of our wines, and to avoid having your wine spend a weekend in transit, we strongly recommend that you select the Next Day or 2 Day option for all shipments outside of California. Please note if you select Ground for shipping outside of California, we cannot guarantee the integrity of our wine and will be unable to replace weather damaged wine.

Temperature Advisory  

During hot weather (80 degrees and above) and cold weather (30 degrees and below), there is a high chance the wine will be damaged in transit. 

In the instance you would like wine to be shipped to an area affected by these conditions, we highly recommend selecting the Next Day or 2 Day air shipping option. Hahn Family Wines is not liable for any packages damaged due to hot or cold weather.

Weather Holds

In an effort to protect your investment, we monitor weather throughout the country on a daily basis and do not ship during times of extreme temperatures (below 30 dergress or above 80 degrees). This may result in a delay in receiving your wines see temperature advisory above.

By law we can only ship wine to a limited number of states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MD, MI, ME, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WV,  WI, WY
